Log00001 _Gullah_MS
The first day free of gravity is always such a thrill. I came up with a new metaphor for zero-G that I’ll share in my Triple-A town hall later this week. Running it past ASANComms now.
Crew Gullah is slowly, but punctually preparing for the hard dock sequence. We’ve activated the secondary and tertiary engines to orient ourselves to dock with SIS. Well, the computer has. The potential for human error is too risky, even for me, apparently.
This trip is definitely more special than the last ones. It’s a great way to honor those who paved the way for us. The Challenger mission. The talent & diversity of the Americans involved was truly a testament to who ASAN always has been and strives to be. Happy Anniversary #Challenger34
