Dr. Lewis Reynolds is a self-described “country boy”. A scientist at first, he decided that the best way to understand storms was to be inside and above them, and so decided to begin training as an astronaut during his Ph.D. studies. Later in life he took up boxing which aligned with his life goals to maintain optimal health. He has a 31-3 amateur boxing record and is best known for his rupturing left handed jabs.
